WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING ENGINEER?
As an Installation & Commissioning Engineer you are responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment on board ships and in the workshop. At one time you work on a ship under construction and the other time you work in an existing situation on a ship. Your experience continues to expand. You also follow product-oriented training courses with us. Eventually you will become a specialist in your field. You can be deployed all over the world. For example, think of Singapore, Romania, China, the Middle East, Germany, but you also carry out your assignments in the Netherlands. You spend approximately 10 weeks a year abroad. Usually you will be away from home for 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes a little longer.
Your duties include:
You will work with the E-drawings you receive from the Engineering department
Precisely connecting the cabling in all kinds of places on board the ship
Keeping records
WHO ARE YOU AS AN INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING ENGINEER?
You are someone who is proactive and you work efficiently and accurately. You can keep an overall view of the situation and feel at home when you work in a team. You are someone with good social and communication skills in both the English and Dutch Language. You are interested in the maritime sector and want to develop yourself in it. Furthermore, you recognize yourself as an Installation & Commissioning Engineer in the following requirements:
Diploma in electrical engineering Secondary Vocational Education Level 3/4;
Valid SSC (VCA) certificate (or willing to obtain this);
Certificate Working at Height (or willing to obtain this);
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing;
Driving License (B) and willing to work and travel outside office hours.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Salary between € 2,750 and € 3,500 gross per month;
