We are Concreeto and we mediate talent in engineering, shipbuilding, cleaning, logistics and horticulture. Getting everything right is a challenge, but we meet that challenge every day with our heads held high and full of energy. With her Rotterdam mentality – no nonsense, just action – Joyce is ready to find the best matches for our clients and candidates. She can also often be found at her husband's gym, where she teaches fitness classes and provides personal training. With a passion for challenge, she is always looking for new ways to develop herself and loves participating in events like Hyrox and marathons.

Go where the wind takes you! That statement is right up Caren’s alley. Together with her husband she enjoys going out on their sailboat. Caren loves socializing and walking with her dog. She enthusiastically uses her social character for our temporary workers!
Hans Beeke
Hans has over 30 years of experience in the financial world and has been one of Concreeto’s driving forces for more than 10 years. Outside of work, he’s been active for over a decade as a board member of a local political association in the municipality of Molenlanden. He follows political and social developments with great interest. Hans is also an organist and composer! Just like in music, he is reliable in his work – and you’ll never catch him playing a false note.
Carlo de Reuver
After 4 years, he's become a familiar face at Concreeto, but his drive and passion remain just as strong. Thanks to his background in competitive sports, determination and fulfillment are key motivators for him. He's social, helpful, and eager to learn, which means he really gets to know who you are and what you’re capable of, enabling him to make the perfect match. A true team player at Concreeto, always aiming to make everyone happy.
Lennert Dekker
Lennert is a true Dekker. Like his father, he has the drive to make sure Concreeto is right every day. Lennert does not shy away from any athletic challenge and ambition also runs through his blood professionally. As a recruiter and IT specialist, Lennert makes sure that everything at Concreeto checks out.
Patrick Majoor
Punctual, precise, and a true Rotterdammer – that’s Patrick. With his no-nonsense, hands-on mentality, he’s a valuable part of the Concreeto administration team. On Saturdays, you’ll often find him at the stables, where he supports his wife and youngest child in their passion for horses. On Sundays, he’s by the field supporting his oldest at handball matches. And as a football fan, nothing beats celebrating a win from his favorite club: Feyenoord.
Thijs Dekker
Thijs is a proud dad of a son and daughter, and happily married to a loving wife. In his free time, he enjoys heading to the mountains – either skiing or hiking with a view. He lives in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht but works from the Concreeto office in Rotterdam, focused on one clear goal: finding the right person for the right job. As a recruiter, Thijs does what he says and says what he does. No words, just jobs – you can count on that.
Kingsley Crichlow
A proud father, recently moved from Tilburg to Rotterdam-Oost, and always on the move between work, family, and home life. In his free time, Kingsley loves spending time with his family and regularly travels back to Tilburg to visit his parents. The gym? He likes it—but doesn’t go as often as he’d like. Let’s call it an on-again, off-again relationship. As a planner at Concreeto, he sees every workday as a puzzle. His goal? To fit all the pieces together and keep everything running smoothly.
Johan van Bloois
Johan's passion for flying takes him to Schiphol regularly, where he conducts training sessions in the cockpit of the Boeing 737. The enthusiasm he brings to that is also reflected in his work at Concreeto. In addition to his connecting and proactive nature, Johan brings a wealth of knowledge in psychology and organization. That's not surprising, as in his free time, he loves diving into books.
János Hornyik
János is our rock from Hungary! Even before Concreeto was founded, János worked together with Martin. János is a real go-getter and ensures that our temporary workers from Hungary and other European countries quickly feel at home at Concreeto.
