My name is Ionut. I’m from Romania and I’ve been working with Concreeto for about six months now!From Romania to the Netherlands
I’m from Romania and I’ve been doing this work in the Netherlands since 2018, but since May I’ve been working through Concreeto. I found the company online and got in touch with Thijs. After that, I had a video call with William and Thijs, and it immediately felt right. Everything was clearly explained and well organized!Working on something big
Right now, I’m helping build a ship that’s almost 180 meters long. We’re building it step by step. Together with my colleagues, I work on different sections that we later connect. It’s precise work, everything has to fit perfectly: length, height, alignment. But that’s exactly what I like; it makes the job challenging and fun.Keep learning
I’ve been doing this work since 2008, and I’m now 42 years old. You learn something new every day. Even after so many years, there’s always room for improvement. I never say I’m a master or the big boss. No, I enjoy my work, I’m motivated and I learn every day. That keeps me sharp.Would I recommend it? Definitely!
Everything is well organized: salary, transportation, housing, everything is in order. If there’s something I don’t understand, I can always go to William or other colleagues. They take the time to explain things clearly. I also received a contract where everything is written down transparently. If something is unclear, I discuss it with them and they help me right away.During my vacation, I stayed here with my wife, and we did some nice things. Like a trip to Amsterdam. It was a great time. After that, I went back to work, which I was happy to do. If something ever goes wrong, I talk to Concreeto and we solve it together.
