In the spotlight: Peteris

Meet Peteris 

Hi, I’m Peteris, 30 years old, and I’ve been working as a driver for TATA Steel through Concreeto since September 2021. That means I’ll have been on the road with them for four years in 2025. 

Working with people makes the job fun 

What do I like most about my work? Meeting new people. In the Netherlands, most people are really friendly, and that makes my job varied and enjoyable.  

Concreeto feels like a good fit 

I’m really happy with Concreeto. Nobody’s perfect, but what matters to me is being accepted for who you are and that’s definitely the case here. They helped me find a great job, I feel respected and I see that they treat others with the same respect. You can ask them anything, and they’re always there for you. 

That means a lot to me, especially after a bad experience with another agency in the past. That didn’t feel right, so i am happy i’m here. 

Would I recommend Concreeto? Absolutely,  if you’re ready to work 

Would I recommend Concreeto to others? Yes, absolutely. But only if you’re motivated and ready to show up and work. You need to take your job seriously. And of course, the work Concreeto offers has to suit you. They’re active in specific sectors, so make sure you check if that’s what you’re looking for. 

It’s all about the people 

The most important thing I’ve learned? Everything depends on the people around you. Your colleagues, your supervisor, the atmosphere at work. That’s what determines whether or not you enjoy your job. For me, that’s all in place. And that makes the work not only manageable, but actually enjoyable.
