How did you come into contact with Concreeto?

I was looking for a new job because my previous employer was relocating from Europoort to Antwerp. I had to decide whether to move with them or opt for a termination agreement. In the end, I chose the latter.
After that, I started looking for a new job, but it didn’t go as quickly as I had hoped. That’s why I uploaded my CV to several websites.

On the day Bjorn from Concreeto called me, I was actually approached by two other recruiters as well. Bjorn asked if I could come in for an interview the next day. That conversation immediately felt very positive, and there was clearly a mutual connection. I had a good feeling about it.

On Friday morning, I was told I would already have my first interview on Monday. That went very well, and I felt good about starting here!

What does your job involve?

I work as a Technical Coordinator at HAUS. At the moment, there are four technicians, and we are looking for a fifth, in which I am also involved in the recruitment process.

I manage the technicians and act as the first point of contact for clients regarding technical issues. In addition, I handle planning: I make sure there are enough technicians available and that they are deployed at the right place and time.

What do you enjoy most about your job so far?

What I really enjoy is being hands-on. I also visit clients myself, which allows me to assess technical challenges directly. In addition, I get a lot of freedom and responsibility. I approach things as if it were my own company, and that gives me a lot of satisfaction.

The variety also appeals to me. One moment you’re working on a project for several weeks, and then you move on to something new. In between, you solve “small fires,” which makes the job very dynamic.

What are your strongest qualities?

My biggest strength is that I take action immediately. If there is a question or problem, I get started right away. For example, there was a client where something had not been going well for a long time. I visited them to assess the situation and eventually solved the issue.

I am very solution-oriented and don’t just look at what is needed in the moment, but also at what will be the best long-term solution for the client.

Would you recommend Concreeto to others?

Yes, definitely! I have spoken with several recruiters where there was no real connection or where I felt little interest. With Concreeto, it was completely different. I immediately felt they were positive about me and truly believed I was a good fit for the role.
