As a working foreman, you lead a team while also working alongside them. You make sure everyone knows what needs to be done, that the work is carried out safely, and that deadlines are met. You communicate with both your team and management, keeping an overview and solving problems as soon as they arise.

You usually start the day with a short briefing for your team. Then you assign tasks and check that the work is being done properly. You keep an eye on timing, safety, and quality. If something goes wrong, you step in and think along to find a solution.

No two days are the same. Sometimes you’re working hands-on, other times you’re answering questions from colleagues or meeting with the client. You’re responsible, committed, and always ready to take action when needed.
