That’s why we asked our clients to fill out a short survey. They shared their experiences of working with Concreeto—what they appreciate and where they see room for improvement. Their feedback was very valuable. And the fact that they rated us an average score of 4 out of 5is definitely something we are proud of!  

Clear communication

One word that kept coming was ‘clarity’. At Concreeto, we believe clear communication is essential, so it’s great to see our clients agree. ‘Agreements and intentions are clearly communicated’ one respondent noted. Another mentioned ‘short lines and clarity’ as key parts of how we work. We also got feedback that we are quick to take action when needed!  

Actively involved

Another great compliment we received was as follows: we are an ‘energetic team’ that is ‘actively involved’ with both our clients and temporary workers. That’s something we really care about. Only by being involved can we make the best match between a company and worker, even after the hiring process is complete!  

Always improving

Does everything always go perfectly at Concreeto? Of course not, we wish it did! But we know there is always room to improve. That’s exactly why we sent this survey to our clients. Now, thanks to their answers, we can work on becoming even better at what we do.
